Preparing The Chilli Sauce
Heat up some olive oil in a medium pot.
Add whole cumin.
Add whole cinnamon.
Add whole peppercorn.
Brown onions and garlic.
Add minced beef.
Stir fry until browned evenly.
Add fresh green peppers.
Deglaze the pan using balsamic vinegar or worcester sauce.
Add cinnamon, BBQ sauce, cumin, strained tomato sauce, and brown sugar.
Simmer for 1 hour. Add beans to the mix. Continue simmering for 15–20 minutes.
Add a dollop of sour cream on top. Garnish with shredded cheese and coriander.
